Customer's Guide

Need help navigating around the website or your account.  Here is a breakdown of each section to get started today.

To sign up with Find my Seva, navigate to the top right corner of the homepage. Click the  Highlighted sign up button, and you should see a pop up registration box with two tabs at the top of this page labeled <Provider> and <Customer>. It is important that you select the Customer tab if you are not a Vendor. Fill in all fields correctly and click on generate onetime password and otp will be sent on your registered email. enter otp and signup to create a customer profile.

To start completing your profile navigate to the top righthand side of the HOME page and click the button that contains your own name. Click on the first item in the drop down menu labelled “My profile”.

Your photo can be uploaded to your account by clicking the select image button and choose your image from your library, which should be automatically shown. If you cannot see the image please repeat the process.

 About me

 

Personal details can be updated here if you wish. You can also edit your name details.

Contact Detail

 

If you want to obtain services from Traders you will need to fill in the contact details otherwise this is optional.  Additional means can also be added in the extra field boxes.

 Address

 

This Infomation is optional and can be added or amended at any time.

 Password Update

 

This is where you change your password to login to our website. We recommend you change this on a regular basis to increase security.

Any Vendor you have added as a favourite will be displayed here.

These can be removed at any time by clicking the box next to the relevant Vendor you want to delete as a favourite. To activate this function you will see a displayed blue tick, alternatively, click the red bin icon at the top of your favourite list to remove the selected Vendor.

All upcoming and past bookings of vendors are listed

All bookings can be viewed in calendar format by sorting year,month and weeks.

All invoices for the past services offered by the various vendors can be viewed.

Inquiries with job descriptions floated by customers can be viewed by all enrolled vendors. 

Customer can submit job details.

Provider's Guide

To help Vendors use our fantastic advanced system, we have put together a simple guide. Find your answer here.

To join Find my Seva simply navigate to the top right-hand corner and click sign up. You will see 2 tabs PROVIDER and CUSTOMERS.

Vendors

Vendor refer to service providers such as plumbers, roofers, mechanics, gardeners etc.

You will also need to fill in the following information to complete the sign up process.

  • Company details
  • Categories (only one main business type on registration, but you can add more later)
  • When completed, please check all fields have been completed then click the Highlighted sign up button
  •  One time password will Generated to Confirm Email and Mobile number.

 

Before completing your profile, you must have completed and provided your proof of identity, once checked you can begin filling in your profile

To upload your image, click on ‘upload image’ making sure your image is a minimum size of 600×600.  You are able to edit your image with the various advanced functions provided.

About me


Company/personal information should be completed, tag line and biography can be added as an optional extra.

Contact details

Please fill in as required, additional means of contact can be added as an option but please be careful to add these correctly as customers will use this to contact directly.

Address


Enter your address (note this is an Auto fill system) so start typing the beginning of the words until you find your address listed, once you have located your address please select. Once you are happy that the details are correct, click the find address button on map button.

To the right of map, you will see + – zoom buttons, use this until you are satisfied with how the map looks.

Nb. If you find the pin is not in the desired location drag pin until satisfied.

Radius for service area


Use the slider in relation to the area you are willing to cover.  So for example… If you are willing to travel 30 miles for a job then move slider across to 30.

Service to perform at

Choose whether you call out to customers or situated at your work location.

Social Medial


Add any social media platforms you have already joined.

Password update


If you wish to change your password, you can do this here. Please be careful the password is correct in both boxes.

Category


Add the services you provide, this will ensure the jobs will be relevant and support customer’s searching for specific services. Currently you can choose up to 3 categories on the free trial package.  You can increase this by upgrade to a membership plan. You can  add the additional categories by clicking on title, you will notice a tick on far right to show selected category.

 Cover Image

Cover image is similar to a cover image on Facebook. Here you can add your company banner or any other large image you would like to use to represent your business, make sure your image is 1200×1900 to maintain high quality.

To upload image, click on upload image Highlighted button.

Gallery Images

Depending on account type additional images can be uploaded. To upload one or multiple images simply drag over images or click on select file.

Attachments


You can load any relevant literature here, that can be downloaded by customers.

Embedded Code


If you wish to add any videos such as YouTube or Vimeo, <copy and paste> the provided code here and press add video button.

If you wish to check your code works please click the preview button.

Details such as earnings and dues, Qualifications, Experience, Certificates, and articles can be viewed

Please provide Proof of Identity including any proof of insurance, ID, also proof of address.  You can upload the files by either  using ‘drag and drop’ or clicking the select file button.

Once we have received and vetted your information you will receive an email to confirm the process has been completed, or that we require further information from you.

 

Information required will include;

  • Insurance
  • Company Certificate.
  • Copy of ID example Licence, Passport,Adhaar Card
  • If you are GST registered please send over details

All job basis ( job apply limit package) chosen by the vendor can be viewed here.

Vendors can enter details relevant to their bookings.

Details for receiving payments can be entered here. 

View all submitted Quotations.

You are able to let your customers know your opening and available times within your profile which can be altered at any time.

To add or alter your business opening hours fill in the fields on each row that you require. To add break times, click on the + symbol on the right hand on the screen.

Do not forget to press the ‘Update Business Hours’ when you have finished.

Add the postal codes for the areas you provide your services.  Simply add the postcode ie ‘403708’ .

If you wish to cover all areas or have no restrictions then simply leave this section blank.

You may have a company that operates on on different sites and location,details of such branches can be added here.

Regions are whole areas you wish to cover. Add the regions you provide your services to be listed on the front-end.

Additional services that can be offered by the vendor or has any expertise in particular jobs has to be added.

You may add a team member with their contact details which to be listed on the front-end.

Vendors can upload invoices after completion of the services.

In addition, you can submit a request to become featured on the site. After administrators approval you will be required to make a payment defined by the admin to be featured on the website.
